EFT (Emotional Field Tapping)

A Gentle Technique for Moving What Feels Stuck

Sometimes you don’t need to talk about it.
Sometimes the story doesn’t even make sense.
You just feel… stuck.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple, self-applied tapping method that gently moves stagnant energy from the body and the Field.

You don’t have to believe in it. Just be willing to be present.

What You’ll Need:

  • Two fingertips

  • About 5–10 minutes

  • Privacy if you feel silly doing it (totally normal!)

  • A willingness to follow the script or improvise

Why It Works

  • Tapping specific acupoints sends calming signals to the brain

  • Acknowledging feelings without fixing them moves them

  • The Field often responds instantly when blocks are witnessed gently

How to Practice

1. Name the feeling (lightly):

“Even though I feel overwhelmed, I accept this part of me.”

2. Use the tapping sequence:
Start with the Karate Chop point (side of hand), tapping gently while repeating the above line 2–3 times.

Then move through these points (tapping each 5–7 times):

  • Eyebrow

  • Side of eye

  • Under eye

  • Under nose

  • Chin

  • Collarbone

  • Under arm (bra line)

  • Top of head

3. Speak softly as you go, alternating affirming and observing phrases:

“This tightness in my chest.”
“It’s okay to feel this.”
“I’m open to this moving.”
“It’s already beginning to shift.”

4. Take a deep breath. Notice anything.
That’s enough.

Field Cue

“Let this move.”
